I have read a lot on your effort in the Niger Delta region. I am writing a thesis on Minorities and Ethnic justice in Nigeria with emphasis on the ND region. I like to know sir why it has proved difficult for the government to find a lasting solution to the ND struggle. Apart from what l have read from you sir what exactly should the government and multinational oil companies do to at least reduce the recurrent armed struggle. and sir are there no other means to this struggle than arms carring and the bombing of oil installation.
